Food and drink options include two concepts inside the anticipated Detroit EDITION as well as a rooftop restaurant atop the 12-story Hudson's building. In Nick Gilbert Way, Un Deux Trois serves espresso drinks, coffee and local pastries.
Pine Hall will mix modern elegance with downtown Detroit history on the 12th floor rooftop of Hudson’s. The new cocktail bar is a nod to the Pine Room, an iconic restaurant at the J.L. Hudson Department Store. With the soul of a neighborhood tavern, Pine Hall will feature a classic menu and unique cocktails crafted from regionally-sourced ingredients, including the titular Pine Hall Sour.
